All items in the prize pool have quantity limits. When an item reaches the maximum times of obtaining, its probability will be distributed proportionally to other items. 
After obtaining the last Rare Prize, you will receive all remaining rewards in the prize pool.
"Probability" mentioned here are statistical results from a large sample size(a lot of players) and could produce differences with the small set of testing data from certain individual player.
