2. Customize Your Profession: Beyond their own traits, each profession can adopt characteristics from others. With limitless combinations, Survivors can create unique specializations tailored for themselves. Additionally, use the [Recom'd Traits] feature for one-click access to system suggestions, with top player setups coming soon.
3. Each faction includes 4 traits, which can be set in [Talent Ability] - [Profession Traits]. Activate traits by placing them in slots, which unlock progressively with your Combat Level. You can have up to 4 main and 4 part-time traits active at once.
4. Part-time traits are unlocked by spending Legacy Points. When a part-time trait slot is unlocked, Survivors receive 3 Legacy Points.
5. Legacy Points can also be earned by increasing Pioneer Level. Upon reaching max Survival Level (79), Pioneer Level unlocks, and any further Survival EXP gained will convert into Pioneer EXP.
To prevent extra strain from Pioneer Level, once Survivors reach max level, they can only earn Survival EXP through schedules and mailbox.
Increasing Pioneer Level not only grants Legacy Points but also boosts attributes. Pioneer Level does not affect gear requirements.
6. Survivors can freely adjust their trait combinations in non-combat areas like camps, Hope 101, and 101 Development Zone to suit various scenarios.
7. To ease the development pressure on Survivors and enhance the enjoyment of profession traits, we've streamlined the number of profession talents. Core Talents now upgrade automatically for free as your profession advances.
8. To better align profession talents with traits, we've adjusted the effects of certain talents.
<New Player Profession Change Improvements>
To simplify first-time profession certification for Survivors, we've revised the classifications: At Survive Lv. 10, players can certify as one of four starter professions—Trailblazer, Artisan, Weapon Master, and Bio Specialist. At Lv. 40, players can promote to advanced professions within their chosen path.
Pioneer Advanced Professions: Logger, Miner, Hemp Picker
Artisan Advanced Professions: Gun Maker, Armorer, Upholsterer
Weapon Master Advanced Professions: Rifleman, Sniper, Warrior
Bio Specialist Advanced Professions: Virus Master, Spore Trapper, Ark Knight, Exorcist
<Revamp Rewards>
1. To encourage Survivors to explore the revamped professions, we're launching a co-creation event from the update until January 28th. At the end of the event, all participants will receive a Cert Reset Ticket via mail as a token of appreciation.
2. After the update, Survivors with certified professions will automatically receive a free reset and a refund for any previous certification, promotion, and talent upgrade costs. This reset won't trigger a cooldown. Survivors can visit Jessica or Corolla of Revenant to certify their profession.
