Survive the Dead Tide Rising

The first season year of Mimicry will conclude at 00:00 on August 29, with the second season year commencing after the same-day update. Upon the transition, all Mimicry progression will be reset, and remaining Amber, Scars, and Blue Fire will be cleared.    
With the launch of the second season year, the Mimicry Shop will become available. Players will receive Mimicry Crystals based on their first season year progression after the reset, which can be exchanged for weapon skins and other items in the shop.    
The following optimizations will be implemented during this season year update:    
    1. Acquiring a Mimicry from Flashbacks will now guarantee a corresponding Scar regardless of the Mutation Index level.
    2. After applying a weapon to a Faction, the weapon will always use the Mimicry enabled in the current Faction settings.
    3. Initially, only 2 Mimicries will be unlocked per weapon type, with the remaining unlocked progressively through Flashbacks.
In the first season of the second year, each weapon type will have up to 3 selectable Mimicries. The following Mimicries will be temporarily removed:    
    Rifle - Suppression Flash Attack
    Rifle - Rush Hour
    Sniper Rifle - Entangling Ambush
    Sniper Rifle - Nimble Strike
    Non-firearms - Charged Heavy Slash
    Electromagnetic Machine Gun - Fortress Guard
    Bow - Rapidfire Rush
    Pistol/Dual Guns - Lotus Leap
    Flamethrower - Psychic Feedback
    Shotgun - Eroding Pursuit
    Howitzer - Destructive Blast
The following Mimicries and Tags will undergo adjustments (specific changes will be detailed in the August 29 update announcement):    
    Sniper Rifle - Pressure Waterbomb
    Bow - Penetrating Vines
    Electromagnetic Machine Gun - Wailing Beam
    Electromagnetic Machine Gun - EM Gun Shield
    Shotgun - Swarm Onslaught
    Flamethrower - Swamp Burst
    Pistol/Dual Guns - Solvent Rampage
    Howitzer - Renewable Spikes
    Tag - Activation (Removed)
    Tag - Stagnant Invasion Amplification
    Tag - Extreme Firepower Amplification
    Tag - Fission Effect Amplification (Level-Capped Server Only)
Rifles and Sniper Rifles will each receive a brand-new Mimicry in the first season of the second season year.
