The brand-new "Flexible Schedule" system has been launched in-game on 7/19, and we've noticed that many Survivors still have questions about it. We've quickly gathered your concerns together and compiled a list of frequently asked questions. The Flexible Schedule FAQ will answer your main questions. Please take a look!
1.[Q: Is Duo Training gone for good? What about the rewards from Duo Training? And where have the Cohabitation Points from Duo Training been moved to?]
A: In the latest update, we've merged the Duo Training Rewards and Caravan Market Rewards into the Flexible Schedule Rewards. By completing Weekly Goals, you'll rake in a bounty of items, including the original Duo Training Rewards. Plus, we're hurrying to add Cohabitation Points to the Weekly Rewards. Survivors with roommates will score extra Cohabitation Points when they claim their Weekly Rewards. Once we've finished this adjustment, any Cohabitation Points you've missed out on due to this issue will be fully reissued via mail, along with a Cohabitation Shop Wallpaper Optional Chest as compensation.
2.[Q: Where did all the furniture in the Caravan Market go? What about the free furniture I got with each update?]
A: In the latest update, the furniture rewards from the Caravan Market have been merged into the Flexible Schedule's Weekly Goals Rewards. By completing Weekly Goals in the Flexible Schedule, you can claim a Furniture Optional Box and choose any piece of furniture from it. We've noticed that the Furniture Optional Box is currently ranked lower in the Weekly Points, and we're addressing this by significantly reducing the Points required to obtain furniture after the next update (3 am on Aug.4), which will reset the Weekly Goals for the first time. As an apology, every Survivor will receive 2 Furniture Optional Boxes via mail as compensation.
3.[Q: Where have the Gold Bars from Assistance Quests been moved to? Is participating in Area Operations the only way to obtain Gold Bars?]
A: Gold Bars from the original Assistance Quests have been merged into Weekly Point Progress Rewards. You can now earn Weekly Points through various game modes, not just Area Operations. Moreover, we're planning to lower the standards for obtaining Gold Bars and adjust the number of Points you can earn from certain game modes.
4.[Q: How do I get low-level Stage Materials?]
A: We'll change the Daily Area Operation - Regular Mode's Gear Material Chest to the Gear Material Optional Chest.
5.[Q: I've completed the Assistance Quest but didn't get any Mastery! I was only rewarded with some Weekly Points!]
A: Mastery obtainable through all game modes, Duo Training, and Duty Point Chests has been merged into the Flexible Schedule - Daily Goals Rewards. Finish 4 Assistance Quests and then claim a Camp Chest or chop down a tree and you can claim 5 Daily Rewards, which include the Mastery that was originally in the Assistance Quest Rewards.
6.[Q: Where have all the non-furniture items in the Caravan Market gone?]
A: Some exchangeable items from the Caravan Market have now moved to the Flexible Schedule, while others that require Gold Bars have moved to Mall - Direct Purchase - Gold Bar Mall.
7.[Q: Where is the Nancy City Shop? Why did my Sport Medals and Drill Badges become New Dollars after the update? ]
A: After the update on July 19, 2024, competitive game modes have been integrated into Flexible Schedule, and the Nancy City Shop has been closed. Any unredeemed Sport Medals & Drill Badges have been automatically converted into New Dollars at a set rate. Survivors could receive Weekly Points and Competition Coins from Nancy City Sport & Drills and redeem rewards from Competition Shop. We sincerely apologize for failing to remind you of this change and has sent a compensation as our apology via in-game mail, please check your mailbox. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you continue to enjoy our game.
As a brand-new feature, the Flexible Schedule system still has room for improvement. We sincerely apologize for any impact it may have had on your gaming experience. Rest assured, we're committed to continuously refining the system. We also welcome feedback and suggestions from Survivors and we will focus on addressing your concerns by making ongoing fixes, adjustments, and enhancements.
