Each attempt increases your chances of obtaining a rare reward, which resets after you obtain one. You're guaranteed a rare reward within 15 attempts. Additionally, for every 50 rewards, you'll receive a Treasure Codex that grants random valuable rewards when opened.  
If certain items are not in the prize pool or have reached their limit, their probabilities will be redistributed to other items.  
This probability reflects the overall chance of codex rewards and is based on a large sample size, which may differ from the data of a single player.
 

【Eternal Treasures】

Upon each opening, the probability for obtaining Rare Prize will be increased. Obtaining Rare Prize will reset the probability. 10 times is the maximum, which will guarantee Rare Prize. 
When certain items have not been included in the prize pool or hit the maximum times of obtaining, their probability will be distributed proportionally to other items.
"Probability" mentioned here are statistical results from a large sample size(a lot of players) and could produce differences with the small set of testing data from certain individual player.
